almost anyone can enjoy given the right opportunity. There
are many who say that retail therapy isn’t their
thing but they probably haven’t visited the Mall
of America yet! The Mall of America in Bloomington,
Minnesota is the largest shopping mall in the USA
spanning more than four million square feet! It is the
ultimate superstore consisting of every shop imaginable!
Shopping isn’t the only things to do at the mall

throughout the massive building.
Indoors you’ll find Moose Mountain Adventure Golf
which is an 18-hole mini golf course complete with horses

including dinosaurs and the world’s biggest Lego
clock tower. The Underwater Adventure Aquarium at the
Mall of America is the largest underground aquarium in
the world. It features a virtual submarine tour and more
than 4,5000 marine creatures!
The Mall of America stories are four in total and encompass
a dizzying variety of stores. Residents from the Twin
Cities of Minneapolis and
St Paul do much of their shopping
here because of the countless options. The first level
is home to the well-known department stores Macy’s,
Nordstrom, Sears and Bloomingdale’s which are situated
in each corner of the complex. On the second of Mall of
America stories is the exciting Amusement Park which is
surrounded by more stores. The third floor has even more
stores while the fourth of the Mall of America stories
features a number of large movie theaters.
Mall of America hotels come in a variety from cheap
to luxurious and many offer free shuttles to and from
the mall. Mall of America hotels in Bloomington
include big name chains such as The Park Plaza and The
Crowne Plaza . Mystic Lake is the largest Minnesota casino
hotel in the Midwest. This resorts free shuttle service
will have you at the mall and shopping before you know
it! There are many things to do at the casino including
playing slots, table games or taking in a live show. Mall
of America hotels also include Le Bourget Aero Suites,
a charming boutique hotels close enough for the convenience
yet far enough for a relaxed feel.
Take a breather between lugging bags and try one of
the great Mall of America restaurants out. There are almost
twenty restaurants serving delicious meals inside the
MOA. Twenty-six eateries in the food court and almost
thirty specialty food shops create an incredible array
of choices. The Twin City Grill is one of the Mall of
America restaurants that provides elegance in a 1940s
inspired eatery. Period fixtures and mahogany paneling
add an old-style compliment to dishes such as filet mignon,
grilled steak and fresh seafood. Other Mall of America
restaurants include Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. which is great
for kids, the California-style
Napa Valley grill that serves aromatic food and wine and
the Rainforest Café where you can sit at a Volcano
during dessert!
In addition to all there is to see and do at the Mall of America there is an exciting calender of events as well. Musical performances, live shows, premiers and more are always happening at the mall. If you’re staying outside of Bloomington in Rochester or St Cloud you can easily make the trip over for the shopping event of a lifetime! From Duluth Highway 35 makes a beeline to Bloomington.
