The State of Nevada is divided into five territories. Each of these territories has some spectacular Nevada tourist attractions. Cowboy Country is defined by Nevada’s Humboldt River. This area is one of the last remaining outposts of the true American West. Pioneer Territory is home to many historic yet operative mining towns to view when you travel to Nevada. At Round Mountain Gold, you can watch an open-pit mining operation. Pioneer Territory is also filled with many natural Nevada tourist attractions, such as Death Valley National Park. Las Vegas, better known as the Entertainment Capitol of the World, has more neon and bright lights than any other city in America. In addition to the Vegas gambling culture you will find a large selection of mega-malls and other shopping opportunities. You will also find a number of high quality art museums in Las Vegas.
