upscale southern dining abound throughout the neighborhood.
For travelers who just can’t get enough of North
Carolina flowers and plants, the McDowell Nature Park
and Preserve is an excellent place to go. Here, over 1,000
acres of forest and landscaped scenery combine to provide
great entertainment for bird-watchers, hikers
and more. There is also a butterfly garden located at
the nature center at the front of the park.
